Kokusai Aikijitsu Kai RenmeiŽ is the International Governing Body for Aikijitsu, Aikijutsu, Aiki Jujitsu and Aikijutsu-Do. Membership in Nippon Jujitsu Kai USA and Kokusai Aikijitsu Kai RenmeiŽ is elite and the majority of applicants who cannot claim legitimate heritage from a recognized Japanese system are not accepted as members.
Those seeking to have Sokeship recognized by Kokusai Aikijitsu Kai RenmeiŽ are required to provide proof of Sokeship. If the applicant is "Sho Dai" Soke, they must request sponsorship via the Nippon Jujitsu Kai USA Board of Representatives.
Menkyo License are available through Kokusai Aikijitsu Kai RenmeiŽ. However, the applicant must be advised that the Board of Representatives may call for the applicant to perform an evaluation/certification exam.
